DELIVERY

 

  • The Product(s) offered can be delivered to the following countries: mainland France, all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and the United States. 

 

  • Regarding the delivery of the Products outside the European Union, the Customer must pay all applicable taxes (if applicable, customs duties, VAT or any other applicable tax).

 

  • The Customer must ensure that the information provided is correct, and that it remains so until full delivery of the Product(s) ordered. The Customer therefore undertakes to inform the Company of any change in billing and/or delivery details that may occur between the Order and the delivery, by sending, without delay, an email to the Customer Service email address of the Company.   • Deliveries are sent by Colissimo within the following deadlines:

In metropolitan France :

Colissimo: Delivery in 2 to 10 working days from dispatch

 

Outside Metropolitan France :

Colissimo international: 5 to 15 working days from dispatch

 

 

  • Claims with the carrier

 

  • The Customer has a period of 10 days from delivery to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of a missing or damaged Product.
