We will first explain the history of tea, its different varieties and its many health benefits. Then we will teach you how to prepare, serve and taste tea according to the rules of the art. You will taste several types of tea: Gyokuro (high quality green tea), Sencha (the most popular green tea), and Genmaicha (mixed green tea with toasted rice).

We suggest you follow the steps step by step to create your own "matcha" tea with us in the store. With a reservation you can come and see the mini matcha workshop lasting approximately 30 minutes. Our workshops are scheduled on Wednesdays but in case of unavailability you can contact us to arrange another day.
