From Friday January 5, 2024, Jugetsudo will offer a frangipane pancake flavored with matcha and chestnuts, in collaboration with the TOMO pastry .
To the eyes and palate, matcha is very present in this inverted flaky delicacy. Jugetsudo insisted not only that the quality of the matcha was the best, but also that it was generously present in the frangipane.
Every year, collectors rush to obtain Jugestsudo beans, all coming directly from Japan. This year, it's a little dragon, the animal of 2024 according to the Chinese horoscope.
The Jugetsudo king cake can be ordered on the Jugetsudo website or by telephone (01 46 33 94 90), and to be collected at the Jugetsudo boutique (95 rue de Seine, 75006 Paris) only on Fridays and Saturdays (January 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 22, 26 and 27 ).
