“Dorayaki minute” in the heart of Paris
TOMO , this famous Franco-Japanese pastry shop run by Romain Gaia, offers you many revisited traditional Japanese pastries! The Chef chose “Dorayaki” which is a very popular pastry in Japan (composed of two types of pancakes, and filled with “anko”, a sweet red bean paste) to freely integrate his creative recipes. In his search for a marriage of taste between France and Japan, you will discover different Franco-Japanese flavors such as Dorayaki with fleur de sel, or that with ricotta-yuzu, or even that with matcha, or even Paris -Brest, and the Baba au rhum, etc… which will give you the choice according to your desires and your moods! A selection of our teas is also offered on the Salon side, as well as small shortbreads created in collaboration from our Jugetsudo teas and the know-how of Tomo! (On sale in store also from us)
Tomo offers you a very bright and warm space, ideal for a little gourmet stop.
