In the tea room hidden behind our boutique on rue de Seine, our tea masters share with you their gestures and their knowledge around Japanese tea. In a small group, come learn and exchange, while living an authentic and immersive experience at the heart of Japanese culture.
The complete ritual in our tea room: purification of utensils, preparation of matcha at the chasen, tasting a seasonal pastry. You will be invited to prepare your own bowl at the end of the session.

Sencha, gyokuro, matcha, genmaicha, hojicha: five Japanese green teas to discover and taste. You will learn everything about their preparation method and their differences.

Half an hour to learn how to prepare the matcha : dosage of tea and water, ritual gestures and handling of the whip. Ideal for getting started in a small group.

Soft light in a subdued atmosphere around the tea master. A place in the heart of Paris, a stone's throw from Saint-Germain-des-Prés, designed to take you on a journey.
Each workshop can be reserved for a specific date, or can be offered as a gift voucher: the person chooses their date later.
For several people, a single check is enough: everyone comes on the same day, within the limit of places in the workshop.

About an hour for the tea ceremony Matcha and for introduction to Japanese teas; 30 minutes for mini practice Matcha.
Up to 6 people for the initiation, 7 for the ceremony and 2 for the mini practice. Places are reserved one by one: you can come alone.
To change the date or cancel, respond to your confirmation email at least 48 hours before the workshop. Less than 48 hours before, the reservation can no longer be postponed.
No. Many participants taste the matcha for the first time that day. The tea master adapts his explanations to the group.
