Discover the richness of Japanese nori seaweed.

Highly prized in Japanese cuisine, nori remains relatively unknown in France in all its diversity. Through this workshop, we invite you to discover its history, varieties, production regions, and nutritional qualities.

In the program :

• Discovering different types of Japanese nori
• Tasting of nori from various regions of Japan
• Preparing temakizushi, sushi in a cone
• Introduction to hosomaki and other simple recipes
• Tips for using nori in your daily life at home

To accompany this tasting, the vegetables used will come from the Japanese ecovillage. Mura, in an effort to offer carefully selected ingredients.
