Very popular in Japanese cuisine, Nori seaweed is nevertheless very little known to the French. We therefore invite you to discover their history, their different varieties and their many health benefits. This workshop aims to teach you how to use nori seaweed in many different ways by introducing you to the preparation of temakizushi cone sushi, onigiri rice balls, Maki-Sushi (Hosomaki) and other original recipes. . You will also taste several kinds of nori from different regions of Japan.
