Nori Seaweed Tasting Workshop
Highly prized in Japanese cuisine, nori seaweed remains relatively unknown to the French. We invite you to discover its history, its different varieties, and its numerous health benefits. This workshop aims to teach you how to use nori seaweed in a variety of ways, introducing you to the preparation of temakizushi (cone-shaped sushi), onigiri (rice balls), maki-sushi (hosomaki), and other original recipes. You will also taste several types of nori from different regions of Japan.
Contact us to find out about available dates and to make an appointment.
Workshops are subject to a minimum of 2 participants per session. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the session. Any booking cancelled under these circumstances will be fully refunded.
