Discover the richness of Japanese nori seaweed.
Highly prized in Japanese cuisine, nori remains relatively unknown in France in all its diversity. Through this workshop, we invite you to discover its history, varieties, production regions, and nutritional qualities.
In the program :
- Discovering different types of Japanese nori
- Tasting of nori from various regions of Japan
- Preparing temakizushi, sushi in a cone
- Making onigiri, Japanese rice balls
- Introduction to hosomaki and other simple recipes
- Tips for using nori in your daily life at home
To accompany this tasting, the vegetables used will come from the Japanese ecovillage. Mura, in an effort to offer carefully selected ingredients.
This workshop is offered during the summer. Wednesday at 12:00 PMAvailable in our shop, by reservation only. Contact us to find out about available dates and arrange a time slot.

Workshops are organized subject to a minimum of 2 participants per session. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the session. Any booking cancelled under these circumstances will be fully refunded.
