We are pleased to announce to you Saturday January 13, 2024 , the HATSUGAMA , the first tea ceremony of the year!
The word hatsugama means the first kettle of the year that is placed on the hearth to prepare tea, and by extension, the first tea ceremony. On the occasion of the New Year, we await you at Jugetsudo with our matcha tea accompanied by an assortment of Japanese appetizers and Japanese cakes specific to the Japanese New Year (Oshogatsu).
