Japanese iced tea, effortless.
A tea bag at the bottom of the bottle, cold water, and an overnight stay in the refrigerator: that's all. Cold brewing extracts the sweetness and theanine from the leaves while leaving behind the bitterness. The result is a well-rounded, smooth, and deeply refreshing tea that you can take anywhere.
This set brings together the two elements needed to prepare it: a bottle designed for this purpose, and a tea chosen for its cold stability.

The Bio Mecha at matcha12 sachets of 5 g
Mecha (芽茶) is a rare tea, resulting from the sorting that follows the production of the senchaWhen the leaves are calibrated, the buds and very young shoots detach: these are what are grouped under this name. Small, rolled into fine dark pearls, they concentrate what is most tender in the plant.
Our blend combines 80% young shoots and sencha, supplemented by matchaThe tea plants are grown using organic farming methods in Japan: the mists that cover the fields, the mineral-rich water, the soil nourished by natural fertilizers, all contribute to the delicacy of these leaves.
In the mouthThe liqueur is a deep green and beautifully dense. The initial taste is soft, almost sweet: this is the theanine from the young shoots. This is followed by a distinct, herbaceous, vegetal note, reminiscent of fresh grass and nori seaweed. matcha It brings roundness and a lingering, slightly creamy finish. The bitterness remains very measured, just enough to cleanse the palate.
When cold brewed, this character shifts towards sweetness: the sweetness takes hold, the astringency fades, and what remains is a clean and refreshing tea, which stands up to dishes and readily accompanies a meal.
