Yuzu Matcha – A Refreshing Blend of Matcha & Japanese Yuzu Zest

The fresh aroma of yuzu (Japanese citrus) is vibrant in this tea, which has a deep green color. With its vegetal, thirst-quenching, and fruity profile, it delivers not only the fragrance but also the bright, citrusy flavors of yuzu. The finish is long and naturally sweet, a signature characteristic of this prized Japanese fruit.

For this unique creation, Jugetsudo has blended matcha from Shizuoka with yuzu zest from Kōchi.

This yuzu-flavored matcha powder dissolves easily in hot or cold water—simply mix one teaspoon (about 3g) with 180cc of water. It is also perfect for desserts, including ice cream, cakes, and pastries, as well as culinary applications.
