[Anti-Waste] Yuzu Matcha / Tea powder 40g

The fresh scent of yuzu (Japanese lemon) is very present in this tea whose color is a deep green. Very vegetal, it is thirst-quenching and fruity, with not only the aromas but also the highly fragrant flavors of Japanese citrus. The finish is long with good sweetness, typical of yuzu. For this original creation, Jugetsudo mixed matcha and yuzu zest from Kôchi.
Matcha powder with natural yuzu flavor dissolves very easily in hot or cold water: one teaspoon of the powder (around 3g) in 180cc of water. It can be used for ice cream, cakes and other sweets as well as for cooking.
