Preparing Japanese iced tea – Summer workshop

During this introductory workshop, we invite you to learn different methods of preparing Japanese iced tea. You will discover how to bring out the freshness, sweetness, and aromas of the tea using simple techniques that you can easily reproduce at home during the summer.
In the program :
- Mizu dashi : cold infusion of sencha and hojicha
- Kōri dashi : infusion lente sur glaçons
- Rei matcha : preparation of the matcha cold
- Tea granita : a refreshing recipe based on Japanese tea
Participants in this workshop will receive a 10% discount on their in-store purchases made on the day of the workshop.
This workshop is offered in a summer edition, July to the end of August, on predetermined dates.
It is also possible to open a time slot on request, starting from 2 participantsFor any specific request, please contact us by phone or email.
At the end of the workshop, you will know how to prepare several Japanese iced teas and adapt them to your desires throughout the summer.
Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
A postponement may be offered, subject to availability of places on another date during the workshop period.
