This matcha is produced in Okabe in Shizuoka Prefecture at the foot of Mount Fuji, which is among the 53 stations of the Tokaido depicted by the famous printmaker Hiroshige. This bright green matcha with a pronounced taste can be enjoyed daily according to the traditional preparation method, but can also be used in cooking and baking.
