Sencha tea, the most common in Japan, is very green and develops aromas of iodine and cut grass. Its slightly bitter structure gives it a nice length in the mouth. It prolongs the acidity and the camphor and lemony notes of the fir bud. The tannic, liquorice and woody notes of Buddha Amacha bring roundness and depth to this tea.
