The 2025 Galette des Rois with Matcha green tea and chestnuts in collaboration with TOMO pastry shop!
In January 2025, Jugetsudo will offer a frangipane galette flavored with matcha and chestnuts, in collaboration with the TOMO pastry .
To the eye and palate, matcha is very present in this inverted puff pastry delicacy. Jugetsudo was keen not only to ensure that the quality of the matcha was the best, but also that it was generously present in the frangipane.
Every year, collectors go crazy to get their hands on Jugestsudo beans, all coming directly from Japan. This year, it's a small snake, the animal of 2025 according to the Chinese horoscope.
Jugetsudo’s king cake can be collected from the Jugetsudo boutique (95 rue de Seine, 75006 Paris).
100 limited pieces, exclusively during the month of January.
