Created by master ceramicist Shoraku Sasaki, this bowl with matcha The "red raku" ware is inspired by the famous "Kaga Koetsu," an iconic bowl originally designed by Koetsu Hon'ami. A prominent figure of the Momoyama period, Koetsu was a great enthusiast of the arts and a prolific creator of tea ceremony objects, having founded the Koetsu Art Village. This bowl is distinguished by its sharp design and straight shape, contrasting with the more rounded lines of Koetsu's traditional creations.
