The word 'enkô' signifies the halo that surrounds the head of the Buddha. Jugetsudo's 'Enkô' is a matcha of the best quality, grown in Uji. A Premium Ceremonial grade matcha intended for use in the tea ceremony 'cha no yu' for Koicha, thick tea. Distinguished by the vivid green and the refined umami it leaves behind, it has a rich aroma and special sweetness, fresh and round. Savour a moment of pure happiness with matcha Enkô.
