Ce matcha à la saveur douce et agréable est issu de l’agriculture biologique, sans emploi d’engrais chimique ni de pesticides, pratiquée sur des terres fertiles et savamment aménagées.

Afin d’obtenir ce matcha biologique de haute qualité, nous avons réalisé un assemblage de thés sélectionnés avec exigence en provenance des plantations d’Uji (à côté de Kyoto), de Nishio (dans la préfecture d'Aichi) ainsi que de Kirishima dans la région de Kagoshima.

    Le fouet en bambou appelé "Chasen" est un instrument indispensable pour préparer le thé matcha dans la cérémonie du thé "cha no yu".
