Yuzu Matcha – A Refreshing Blend of Matcha & Japanese Yuzu Zest
The fresh aroma of yuzu (Japanese citrus) is vibrant in this tea, which boasts a deep green color. With its vegetal, thirst-quenching, and fruity profile, it delivers not only the fragrance but also the bold citrus flavors of yuzu. The finish is long and naturally sweet, characteristic of this prized Japanese fruit.
For this unique creation, Jugetsudo has blended matcha from Shizuoka with yuzu zest from Kōchi.
This yuzu-flavored matcha powder dissolves effortlessly in hot or cold water—simply mix one stick with 110cc of water. It is also perfect for desserts, including ice cream, cakes, and pastries, as well as culinary applications.
The aluminum stick packaging ensures optimal preservation of Yuzu Matcha’s delicate flavor.
