Shincha First Tea Set 2026/ Sencha Ohashiri + Sencha Hashiri

This set brings together our two Kagoshima first-harvest teas, from the first harvests of spring 2026. Two expressions of the same terroir, to be enjoyed side by side to discover all the freshness, sweetness and vitality of the young Japanese leaves.

" Oo Hashiri "reveals the depth of a single-origin tea, centered on the Shigeru No. 2 cultivar, with a beautiful structure, a marked roundness, and a slightly briny finish." Satsuma no Hashiri " offers a softer and more harmonious cup, thanks to the blending of several Kagoshima cultivars, rounded out by a more generous heating.

An ideal set to compare two faces of shincha: one deep and expressive, the other soft, bright and balanced.
