À l'occasion de notre 17e anniversaire, nous avons l'honneur d'accueillir le chef soba M. Watanabe, venu tout droit du Japon. Cela fait 15ans que M. Watanabe vient faire sa démonstration. Il vous offrira une démonstration de fabrication de nouilles soba, suivie d'une dégustation.
Pendant cette expérience unique, vous pourrez savourer :
- Un bol de nouilles Soba
- Une tasse de thés
- Petit dorayaki de chez Tomo
